I have banned Rac00n for abusing multiple times and the co-owner said I could ban him. Luckily I have only banned him for 4 hours instead of perma so he can cool down and come back tommarrow without abusing. Here is a list of the things I found him doing:
*Spawning weapons in RP instead of buying them
*Setting health to 500 somtimes in RP
*Spawning vehicles multiple times even when I remove them and tell him that they are not allowed
*Votebanning someone for then weapon checking him and then he weapon checks the guy back and takes his weapons for "payback"
*Vote banning someone for he said atleast 30000000 minutes he put in the voteban for someone releasing his friend from jail after Rac00n arrested him
*Doing the suicide command in console to avoid talking to me about him abusing
